It is an historical property which is really cool, especially if you read up on it. The kitchen was very well appointed with all the appliances (new): 3 different coffee makers (drip, pod, press), gas stove, and an air fryer! If you like it dark at night to sleep, bring some eye covers. It was in a perfect location and was within walking distance of just about everything we needed (food, drink, shopping, and the Mushroom Festival activities).

Beautiful unit. Clean, comfortable, well appointed. Awesome location.Minor gotchas: 1) Only 1 ceramic coffee mug. There are 2 metal mugs, but those don't play well in the microwave. My wife bought a matching set of 4 ceramic mugs at the thrift store, so that shouldn't be a problem going forward. 2) Only 1 roll of toilet paper! Caught us with our pants down. 3) Bummer shower experience: 5 minutes of hot water, then freezing! Followed all shower instructions to a T.

This was my 3rd trip to telluride in 3 years and I absolutely loved my stay at this location. The only complaint I have is there is no hot water for showers. There is a sign posted in the bathroom that states there is enough hot water for 2 showers but night one there was no hot water and night 2 we had 5 min of warm water. Other than that, this place was perfect for our visit.

Awesome location! Can walk pretty much anywhere in Telluride within 10 minutes (tons of restaurants, groceries, night life, shopping, and gondola all easily within walking distance). Very well decorated. Room has pretty much everything you would need to live comfortably for a week. Room can get hot during the summer (due to no AC) so would suggest bringing a fan.

Excellent location, right near primary downtown Street with great views. Has many amenities. Had zero problem with shower or enough hot water as some have mentioned. Great recommendations from host who was very responsive. Only negatives are high price for small place ( but that’s Telluride market) and can get a little hot if hot day - there is a ceiling fan and window at night when cools down. Overall, high marks and would recommend.

We had an excellent stay at Miner's Union. The location is amazing, walk to everything in Telluride including many of the hiking trails. We only moved our car once to go to Bridal Veil falls. The condo is small but very comfortable. We would definitely want to stay there again sometime.

Place exactly as described in a central location. Easy walkable for the main street, gondola and trails. The place is small but we'll decorated and thoughtful designed. House equipped with all we needed for cooking. Laundry is coin operated, Chase Bank in main street got us some quarters without issues.
